At KHHK, garments once sold are not taken back.
Nevertheless, in the interest of customer, KHHK shall under certain circumstances entertain customer requests for exchange. A customer is entitled to seek exchange of garment under the following cirumstances:
- a) In case of manufacturing defect;
- b) In case there is a discrepancy on the model, size or color ordered and what is actually delivered.
Customers can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two calendar says from the date of receiving the garment for any request to exchange.
We urge our customers to ensure that the garments sought to be exchanged are in the same condition in which it was delivered - clean, unwashed, unworn, & with all tags attached in order to be entitled for exchange.
All exchanges are subject to final confirmation by KHHK.
Cost of shipment for exchange of garments under circumstances mentioned here shall be borne by KHHK.
Exhanges do not apply to 'discount rack' items or other non-returnable items
